WASHINGTON, April 12 (Xinhua) — U.S. President Barack Obama on Monday afternoon welcomed leaders of 46 countries who are gathering in Washington for an “unprecedented” nuclear security summit, held in a bid to ensure global nuclear security and prevent nuclear weapons and nuclear materials from being obtained by terrorists.
The two-day summit will focus on the security of nuclear materials, particularly on preventing terrorists from getting the materials through effective international cooperation, leaving other broad topics such as non-proliferation, disarmament and peaceful nuclear energy to different forums, according to the White House.
At a press briefing on Friday, senior administration official Ben Rhodes told reporters that the summit is “unprecedented given the fact that nuclear security has not been addressed by this many nations at this level before.”

Nuclear Weapons & Exopolitics
Saleena says: I understand that our possession of and development of nuclear weapons is a critical barrier to our permission to openly meet with our extraterrestrial families and friends. Thus, my understanding is that our agreements worldwide to disable and put away our nuclear weapons is what we are required to do before the doors can fully open. Some say we must find a way to be at peace with each on earth before we can be fully trusted & allowed to open up & participate in extraterrestrial contact.
Are these the crux of what has to happen before the full release and disclosure of the truth of what has been happening in the Exopolitics of Earth and with extraterrestrials?
What does Nuclear Weaponry Do?
Saleena Note: As a child I lived in Salt Lake City, Utah. At around 8 years old I was outside playing. Little did I or my sisters or my parent know that in Nevada, 100s of miles away, in the desert someone was testing nuclear weapons. No one “bombed” us, destroyed our city or our country. A few years ago I learned that the radioactive energy from this blast affected my thyroid which has been causing a good part of the continuing health challenges I have.
Radioactivity and living tissue
Living tissue may be exposed to ionizing radiation directly (emitted by explosion) or by exposure to, or ingestion of, fallout matter that emits residual radiation. The danger is the same either way.
Key: Ionizing radiation transforms a neutral atom into a charged atom that may bond to another atom, altering (i) the structure of the original molecule, (ii) the way it reacts chemically, and (iii) the function it performs when part of a living organism. The altered molecules may act as poisons, hindering the normal functions of the cells of which they are a part.
I have had to live with the after effects of this weapon my whole life. I have no idea how many other children or adults suffer from this same incident. I am one of the lucky one, I live.

The major explosive energy forms that dominate research and reports on the atomic bombings are three:
- Fireball: air absorbs heat, swells to a fireball with a 50-ft. radius and a temperature of 300,000 degrees C.
- Shock Wave + Air Blast: 50% of total energy
- Radioactivity: two kinds. initial radiation (explained above), and induced radiation (also called “residual radiation”).
Of these three energy forms, the most radically different, and most deadly over time, was the high level of radioactivity.
Physical Devastation
The Hiroshima bomb was exploded over the city center, which was crowded with large public buildings and countless wood-frame residences and shops. Beneath the huge column of smoke that arose from the explosion, tens of thousands were already dead or dying. As fires raced out of control, destruction of wooden structures and reinforced concrete buildings alike was virtually complete within 2 km (1.2 mi.) of ground zero.
Saleena says: If you have any doubt about how you feel about nuclear weapons or if you support them, please take a tour of the Atomic Bomb Museum. Make sure you read the stories, reports and look at all the pictures. Then decide how you will vote on whether you want to eliminate nuclear weapons. I made myself read it all, I want to be informed. I am going to have to do plenty of Ho’oponopono now… That means I will take personal responsibility for what has happened and go through my own personal process of cleaning myself of all that I or any of my relatives have done to create this situation in my reality. Here is the mantra I repeat over and over until I no longer feel any emotional charge around what I am addressing.
There’s two ways to live:
Old repeating Memories or Inspiration
When “i” perceive anything as a problem,
in “i” or other,
inside or out,
I clean-clear it by saying:
“I’m Sorry. Forgive Me. Please Set Me Free. I Love You. Thank You.”
Over and over until my feeling
about whatever is up changes.
The I Love You comes at the end as a way of transmuting the energy that has just freed up.
This petitions Divinity-God-Universe-Creator
to neutralize the memory, then to remove it.
That leaves clear space: the void,
& that is when Inspiration can come in!
There is now room for it.
I Choose to Live by Inspiration,
So I CLEANCLEANCLEAN…
I Live in the Flow.
I Accept Sublime Health, Wealth, and Abundance.
I AM Peace.
That is the miracle when the energies clear and I am free.
Compassion still remains for those who suffered in ways I can only imagine.

Could you design a list of questions for us to vote on; something to easily bring attention to the questions and offer solutions? What are the leaders voting on?
Marimar says: I can suggest three goals to use to organize our desires. We can use Beth to vote Yes! on each of these:
1. In the short term, we want to secure nuclear materials from terrorists. President Obama has set a goal of 4 years to secure all materials (from nuclear power plants) worldwide.
2. In the medium term, we want all countries to sign on to and then comply with the nuclear non-proliferation treaty so the technology does not spread more widely. Countries like India, Pakistan, North Korea, Israel and Iran that have nuclear weapons or are developing nuclear weapons must allow international inspections.
3. In the long term, we want to adopt the goals and strategy of the Global Zero Initiative, to eliminate nuclear weapons by 2030. Wikipedia has a list of the experts in the field of arms control that have already signed onto the initiative, as well as former heads of state from over a dozen countries that have.
Saleena says: I have already cast my vote. I am going to sign today. You might want to read and see if signing the Global Zero Initiative feels right for you.
Marimar says: I have a question for the council: How long will this window of enhanced effectiveness (for voting for what we want) last? Is it just while the leaders are meeting in the next two days?

You already spoke of your ideas about what this is about and we align. Please feel free to share it when you choose. The more insight and inspiration you can share with more beings the more likely it is they will act. When they are informed with expanded perspectives, they are able to find a way to support what they desire. Some are more practiced visionaries than others. Those who have vision benefit mankind, and all of creation, when they share in ways that inspire rather than reporting hopeless desperate conditions humanity may find themselves in now.
Raising the Frequency within the Human Race

As we suggested, this is a malleable time, in a positive connotation, to vote;

And the brotherhood of people will find their way to the garden of their pristine origins.”
His dream was fairly simple in a way: He created three songs he taught the poet-singers: “In the first song he formed the image of a just ruler, calling him Egypt. The second song conveyed the image of a happy people living together in harmony. In the third song was the image of a loving family with happy children, fathers and mothers, residing in the extraordinary state.”
