1. When you wake up, or anytime you think of it, write a list of EVERYTHING YOU ARE GREAT-FULL FOR.
2. INVITE YOUR FRIENDS TO JOIN YOU to do the GRATITUDE DANCE WITH YOU!
That could be EARTHLINGS and other dimensional friends like the DEVAS & FAIRIES-FAERIES & PLANTS & FLOWERS or STAR PEOPLE & MASTERS OF LIGHT or even the MASTERS OF DARK. (they all need to lighten up, too!).

6. Actually LOVE ON HER. Stroke her skin with your barefeet or hands and SHOW HER how much you love her.
