Saleena Note: I had a very wonderful re-Birthday on July 3rd. Many wonderful wishes, lots of love and some pretty great gifts. A great full moon called the Thunder Moon. Even the Sun presented me something that day. There certainly has been some pretty intense and exciting energies and activities spanning the whole month of July so far. Someone sent me this message below, saying, "I'm sure feeling it……" and I echo that emotion! I thank Claudia McNeely for such a great report about such intense conditions:

We are more than overwhelmed by
all the huge Solar Flares that are pummeling us.
If the Sun was my birthday cake, then this flare was my M-class candle! Saleena

The Universe is forcing more Light into us,

…forcing us to let go of the
dense, dark energies that we still hold.
It is moving our vibrations and the
vibrations of the Earth up a few notches,
giving us no choice but to hold more Light.
We are achy, moody and exhausted.
There have been at least a dozen
M Class Solar Flares
as well as Coronal Mass Ejections
and a Solar Wind,
which will be affecting us through the weekend.

INCOMING CME: On July 4th, sunspot AR1515 hurled at least four minor CMEs into space. Most flew south of the ecliptic plane (the orbital plane of the planets), on track to miss everything. One of them, however, appears to be heading toward Earth… According to analysts at the Goddard Space Weather Lab, who prepared the forecast, the cloud will reach Earth on July 7th around 0600 UT. High-latitude sky watchers should be alert for auroras on that date.
HIGH SOLAR ACTIVITY: Behemoth sunspot AR1515 is crackling with M-class solar flares and appears to be on the verge of producing an X-class explosion. NOAA forecasters estimate an 80% chance of M-flares and a 10% chance of X-flares during the next 24 hours. Space Weather

SOLAR STATIC: Sunspot AR1513 erupted on the 4th of July, producing an M2-class solar flare and a burst of shortwave radio noise that roared out of the loudspeakers of receivers on Earth. Amateur radio astronomer Thomas Ashcraft of New Mexico recorded the solar static at 21 MHz:

Saleena Note: When I put the headset on and listened to what I am calling the Sun's Music, I was astonished at the feelings that rose in my body when the static increased. It was strangely intense!
"While waiting for a potential X-flare in AR1515, I captured this 'radio-active' M-flare in AR 1513," says Ashcraft. "The audio sample contains two types of solar radio emission: The Type III solar bursting starts at 15 seconds and the Type V kicks in at around one minute or so."
These radio sounds are caused by beams of electrons accelerated by the flare. As the electrons slice through the sun's atmosphere, they generate a ripple of plasma waves and radio emissions detectable on Earth 93 million miles away. More radio bursts are in the offing as AR1515 and AR1513 crackle with magnetic explosions. Ham radio operators, point your Yagis toward the sun!

…headache, neck pain, jaw pain, back pain, hip pain, foot pain, joint pain, chest pain, heart palpitations, difficulty breathing, muscle pain and cramping, hot flashes, sweating, burning skin, loud ear noises, high blood pressure, dizziness, feeling unbalanced, fuzzy headedness, confusion, anxiety, panic attacks, moodiness, angry outbursts, fatigue, insomnia, strange dreams, vivid dreams and of course, exhaustion. Animals are lazy and needy.
Saleena Note: I have had very intense dreams, some very frustrating, some just downright strange. My body is going through something like internal heartburn everywhere. It kind of moves around. Last night I knew right when the flare hit… my head hurt and I suddenly felt like someone unplugged me. I could feel a kind of shorting out feeling in my nerves. Today I was having a tendency to start blaming others for my frustrations, so instead I updated the Ho'oponopono & EFT page and practiced it. This is a simple and very magically effective was to shift how you are feeling. Even if I am feeling some of the symptoms listed above, I do it anyway. It almost always very quickly shifts the way I am feeling.
Be sure to drink plenty of water
and stay hydrated.
Saleena Note: You can treat your water very easily with any of my Vibrakey Water Designs. Any of these make your water more hydrating and bring extra special patterns into your body to help with the whole vibration raising and being able to hold more light process. Eat lots of raw foods for energy,
though you may be craving high carb, comfort foods.

Our world is changing very quickly.
The energies astrologically are
moving us quickly toward a major change

Anything that is not Love cannot make this leap into the 4th dimension. Take a moment to look around the world at all that still is not Love or even close to being Love. Although we are very close to that
tipping point, we are not there yet.
Events in our world are leading to
a massive change in consciousness.
The Bankers who have been attempting to destroy our world are now being caught in their deception. I expect the world financial systems, including that of the US to fail very shortly. Almost every country in the world is bankrupt, and that is about to become very evident.
When the public is no longer able to deny these realities, there is a possibility of mass hysteria and violence.
