I was living in Sedona, Arizona, in 2001. I had been considering taking some Flower of Life classes to learn more about how to use my LightBody vehicle. I was working with VK20 Lightbody Bliss which at first I called Mer-Ka-Ba, considering it as a higher octave of VK10 Electric Support & knew it was about activating the lightbody.
Suddenly Thoth was standing there in front of me. I knew him because I had been a scribe for him in one of our lives together.
He asked me if I wanted an easy way to activate & remember how to use my lightbody? Of course! Then he showed me a certain way to breathe by downloading a packet or thought bubble full of information that held in it all the instructions & purposes of how to do this. He then said that using this breath would help me remember what I already knew about activating & using the lightbody. Then he disappeared.
When I first tried this breath, I immediately began to feel a kind of lightening, a few more breaths and I felt this blissful feeling spreading through my body. It was so delicious that I kept it up until I felt I had enough. I would wake up in the morning and lay in bed for 10-20 minutes BLISS BREATHING. I began to notice all kinds of wonderful effects it was having on me.
