This is the first series and the beginning of the Art of JuiceyLiving. I created 6 images and it was one of the most astonishing and freeing moments of my OD life! A real paradigm changer as a WOMAN!
Patterns in Nature is the 1st Menses art piece I created in the Art of JuiceyLiving series. It is a Deva depicting patterns that Nature uses to create all form. There are relatively few patterns she uses over & over to form the physical world. Her natural patterns include symmetries, trees, spirals, meanders, waves, foams, arrays, cracks, spots & stripes.. She uses chaos & flows. She meanders. She surges & pools. She arrays, crystallizes, tiles & lattices. Sometimes to camouflage, signal & protect She repeats herself over & over, varying in size; so many unique & effective ways for so many different reason. Creation in Form is so beautiful at whatever level one observes. Thus, I share my Nature Deva of Patterns in Nature.
Original Angels is the 2nd art piece where I used my menses blood as paint beginning the Art of JuiceyLiving series. With a dropper I placed a few drops on a piece of copy paper, folded it and smoothed it out with my hand. I opened it and found a beautiful random shape that reminded me of two identical angels facing each other. I saw how from the same form emerged both the masculine and the feminine bodies. The thought of this fascinated me.
My Aren’t We Beautiful is the 3rd piece in the Art of JuiceyLiving series. She mirrored to me just how beautiful I really am as a Goddess.
Creation Angel is the 4th piece in the Art of JuiceyLiving series shares another kind of Angel or Nature Deva surrounded with flowers and fish, birds, and humans around her.
Created Oct 29, 1996 as the 5th in the first Menses series called the Art of JuiceyLiving. The best description comes from the art itself, handwritten across the paper:”I was never taught how beautiful and powerful a woman menses or menstrual blood is. It is such an amazing experience to create with one’s own blood-Life Blood-when I came from a place of secretive shame over what was really beautiful and natural. To put my hands in it and feel the power of creation at my fingertips has given me a kind of new acceptance and knowing of myself as a woman, as a creator & as a Goddess. I think my blood is beautiful & rich & clean. The days when I bleed are very vulnerable and open and psychic and creative. I have been looking for the GIFT in this cyclic time for me. I am gentle with myself and I give my creativity an outlet now and they both FLOW…….” By the age of 50 I had stopped my flow. I was ready to move into a new phase of life and I still appreciate the healing that occurred that day….
One Oct 29, 1996, the 6th and final piece of the first Art of JuiceyLiving series called Menses. This one flowed out without much thinking. All of them did really. It was the next day that I let my thinking help to define each artistic story. This one named itself Nature Patterns, Life Recycles, Love Continues.
