04 May Healing with Nature
Last night I was thinking about my experiences here in GardenSong. How often I say that it is about co-creating with Nature. That doesn’t mean that you have to hear or see or even know for sure there are unseen beings working by your side and playing with you as you move about it Nature. It just means that you agree to do this, consciously co-create with Nature, and then be flexible, follow your ideas, respond when inspiration moves you. Act like you believe, or at least be open and let them all know you would like to communicate and co-create with them, then see what happens. Do take some time to slow down and sit, listen, appreciate, for this opens your heart.
I know a TREE BEING here in GardenSong that has compassion, and loves me. He usually watches me quietly and one day, when dusk was setting in, asked me to come sit next to him because I was so tired from playing in GardenSong all day. I did and we talked. He asked me to sing a song for him. I did. Then I could feel all my tiredness begin to drain away. Next I felt myself gently being re-energized. I was very touched by his act of kindness and compassion.
Sometimes it is HUMANS that generate acts of kindness and compassion. This is a magical story about a mysterious happening in Woods in Kansas, (think about what happened in Kansas in the Wizard of Oz!) This is a magical story about HUMANS dealing with grief and healing with Nature in some very creative ways. We humans have the ability to solve challenges and make magic happen when we get creative and open our hearts. Sometimes we are inspired to do things that we have no idea how far reaching our creative efforts can be.
The Gnomist is a true story about the mysterious
appearance of fairy homes in a suburban forest and the
magical experience shared by three women.
