Immerse Yourself in My Web of Life Support
It is so appropriate for the first message be from MOTHER EARTH herself. As I understand her, MOTHER EARTH is our PLANET’s PHYSICAL BODY. She is the MOTHER of our PHYSICAL BODIES. GAIA is her SPIRIT SELF, and I have met her HIGHER OVERSEEING SELF, CHT’I’AIA. I hope to share more about that part of her someday. I will share some RESOURCE LINKS at the end of this message.

Chapter 5: Threads in a Terrestrial Tapestry.
GAIA: “While the rational mind was created for reason, the body is a tactile instrument designed for sensing and feeling the threads of connection that weave the world into a unified whole.
Minds can’t help but single out things to comment upon. For example, if you were to go walking in a high aspen meadow you might hear in your mind, “Aren’t those colorful golden leaves beautiful? I wonder if it is going to rain. That cloud looks like a face. I see a chipmunk over there.”
If only briefly your place the commentaries of your mind aside and visit that meadow with WHOLEBODY SENSITIVITY, what you would discover is that a wondrous CHILD lives in you.
Here in NATURE’S BACKYARD she is FULLY ALIVE, taking in EVERYTHING without one thought as to how or why.
She runs to smell the flowers, yanks off her shoes and puts her FEET in the chilled, icy stream, absorbs the rays of the SUN, tastes a tender blade of grass, chases a chipmunk.
She DIGEST the MEADOW as if it were one of grandma’s cookies.
There is little room for mental commentary when DRINKING IN the VIBRANT ENERGY in the ASPEN MEADOW and MAKING IT a PART of HER.”
While she is busy ENJOYING LIFE IN THE MOMENT, her ENTIRE ENERGY FIELD is being EFFORTLESSLY CLEANED and REJUVENATED by the ECOSPIRIT of LIFE.”
Saleena: Wow, that is wonderful to hear and feel. I love it when my child can experience like this. I love how you share this GAIA… Is it okay if I skip certain parts and share what is most meaningful to me?
GAIA to ME: Yes it is…
Saleena: Okay…the woman who wrote the book is having a conversation and she says, “I cannot imagine letting my guard down enough to be that inhibited and spontaneous.”
GAIA: “No, most people’s MINDS keep their BODIES on a much tighter lease. Still, this is your PRIMARY WAY OF BEING, that of being TOTALLY ABSORBED and AT ONE with NATURE. In truth, not even your mental reins can keep you from this MOST ESSENTIAL TRUTH.
…In reality there are no isolated islands on this EARTH, for if you look just beneath the surface you will see the THREAD that CONNECT ALL THINGS.
…You have the choice to act singly; yet being a part of the whole, you have the support of the LARGER SYSTEM of which you are a part. So if your individual actions support the WHOLE, then the RECIPROCAL SUPPORT you receive in return is IMMENSE in comparison.”
YOU HAVE SO MUCH MORE INFLUENCE THAN YOU EVEN KNOW.
…INTERACTION with your surroundings sets up a DYNAMIC FEEDBACK LOOP. The ENVIRONMENT is ALWAYS SHAPING YOU, and YOU are at the same time SHAPING IT.”

GAIA to Me: What I am sharing here is more than just a nice concept. It is TRUE and as you write about CONSCIOUS CO-CREATION remember that I am UNDER YOU FEET, that you BODY is MADE of ME… and that I CARE about YOU… and will SUSTAIN YOU…

GAIA in the book: “So let yourself SPRING FORTH RIGHT NOW by jumping HIGH in the AIR and stretching your ARMS up to the SKY as if you were on a trampoline. Better yet, if you have a trampoline, rebounder, or springy mattress, climb on it and JUMP.
Can you feel its SPRING-BACK SUPPORT?
Jump until you become tired and out of breath— or OUT of YOUR COMFORT ZONE—then LIE DOWN and let your body sink into the firm surface beneath you.
BREATHE into your VIBRATING CORE and give your NERVOUS SYSTEM time to register the experience. When you are ready, get up and slowly walk around while noticing any subtle differences in the way you FEEL.”

Dancing into the Unknown for Changes
This message has a summary of the NEW EARTH SANCTUARY project we helped with that was presented to us by Cht’i’aia. That is when we first met her. During this project we got to know what a POWERFUL and DYNAMIC BEING this part of EARTH’s SOUL is. It resulted in the EARTH being officially acknowledged as a PROTECTED SANCTUARY where valuable new LIFE FORMS are developing.
