CODY'S HEALING MIRACLE
This message is going out to our list in the hope that it may be a healing encouragement for those in need.
This a brief healing story about my partner Cody, co-founder and visionary of The Prophets Conference.

Heart Healing About three and half years ago Cody’s heart failed. It had expanded in size well beyond normal and radically weakened, causing the valves to no longer work properly. Then came the second heart failure which almost ended his life. Because he had been taking statin drugs to reduce cholesterol for some time before the failures his insurance would not cover him, claiming a pre-existing condition. This caused us to exhaust our financial resources on hospital and doctor costs, and when we could no longer pay following the second failure he was refused further care and was sent home to die. At that time they said that his heart was too weak for surgery and he would probably need a heart transplant in order to live, but since we couldn’t even cover the outstanding bills and there was a transplant waiting list, this wasn’t in the cards. He was reduced to being an invalid and had to use a cane and at times a wheel chair. |
Cody at West Kennet Long BarrowAt this point we couldn’t go on financially and had come to the end of presenting The Prophets Conferences, and after buying food and medicine one day we had only five dollars to our name. But on that very same day out of the universe our bank account received a sizeable deposit from a credit card service we had used for our events who claimed they had made accounting mistakes over the years and owed us the funds. Instead of paying the money for the overdue medical bills we decided to put it into our work. At our conference in Vancouver, which Cody couldn’t attend, more miracles began to happen. Barbara Marx Hubbard and Jose Arguelles made an appeal for people to donate funds so that Cody could receive medical care to stay alive; as Barbara said, “We can’t let our visionaries die.” We received prayerful and financial support, especially from one anonymous donor, and everything began to turn around.
Cody returned to the hospital for tests and was told he had improved somewhat and that his heart might get strong enough for surgery. Then, after about a year, came the big miracle.
Prior to our Glastonbury conference Cody had a battery of tests, and after the conference, a month ago, he returned to the hospital for more tests and to see his cardiologist. When he saw the doctor, all the doctor could say was AMAZING! AMAZING! Cody’s heart had reduced in size to normal. The doctor was a transplant specialist and he and his colleagues had never seen or heard of this happening.
So, miracles do happen! Whether it’s financial or health, or whatever, big miracles are definitely possible. Friends ask Cody if he knew how this happened and he says that one morning when he was waking up he thought about all of the books he had read, the work of the many wonderful healers we had presented over the years and of the spontaneous healings he had seen following our healing conferences, and he thought “This could happen to me!”
